Experience the Power of Your Subconscious
Okay, But CAN you erase memories
Okay, Yes, we can encourage you to "forget" or misplace a memory. Temporarily is fairly easy in fact, In a moment, I'm going to ask that you forget your name. Now, your mind has three choices, one is to forget your name. One is to know your name but not be able to say it out loud, and one is to not to forget it and to easily say it out loud. You are ALWAYs in control, and because of that you will always have the say in whether or not you will accept the suggestions we give you. Usually if it is a benefit to you (or at least your subconscious perceives it as a benefit) you will take on the suggestion. If you don't accept it, then the suggestion will not be followed. In the end though using the forget your name example, you would soon "remember" or be reminded what your name was and it would instantly be dropped back into its place.
That is one example of why we do not prescribe to "I want to forget so and so" the memories are in there, the past is the past and it isn't healthy to try to change what can't be changed... the past is the past.
Permanently erasing an event, person, or memory can be done in that you would misplace it, hide it, etc. and depending on again your belief that it is beneficial, your mind will likely nag at your about "something" either now or later...
